Mr Aaron Lennon
Mr Aaron Lennon’s career in education spans over 25 years in prestigious state and independent schools in Kent, UK. A graduate in Geography from the University of Nottingham, he subsequently gained post-graduate qualifications in teaching and educational leadership from National College of School Leadership and more recently University College London (UCL). He progressed rapidly through the ranks to Assistant Headmaster at Gravesend Grammar School before moving to become Deputy Headmaster at The Skinners' School in Tunbridge Wells. Mr Lennon has a keen interest in how and why things work (and don’t work) and developed a whole school focus on STEM whilst at Skinners’. During that time Skinners' achieved a number of prestigious awards including a National Teaching Award, a National Science and Engineering Council Award, and was designated a STEM Pathfinder School. More recently Mr Lennon was Head at Beechwood, an independent 3-18 co-educational day and boarding school. He completed his MBA in Educational Leadership (International) at University College London.
